BRIDGE program is your chance to:
- Improve your entrepreneurial skills
- Improve your soft skills
- Learn how to create a website and generate income from it
- Learn from experts about different careers opportunities
Eligibility criteria:
- Age 15-19, in grades 10, 11 and 12 or equivalent (Pre-college)
- Living in Greater Beirut area or Northern Lebanon
- Disadvantaged youth
- Youth willing to improve their skills
Expected Commitment:
- Around 4 hours/week self-paced videos (40 Hours in total)
- Around 6 in-person trainings & events
- Attend more than 80% in person workshops
- Attend more than 80% of online Zoom workshops
The project BRIDGE is implemented by Riyada for Social Innovation in partnership with SHiFT Social Innovation Hub & AUB Talal & Madiha Zein iPark within the scope of the “Funding for Training and Capacity Building” component of the HOPES-LEB project funded by the European Union, through the EU Regional Trust Fund in response to the Syrian crisis, the ‘EU Madad Fund’, and implemented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Campus France and Nuffic.

فإن برنامج "BRIDGE"هو فرصتك لـ:
- تحسين مهاراتك الشخصية
- التعلم عن ريادة الأعمال
- تعلم كيفية إنشاء موقع إلكتروني وتحقيق دخل منه
- تعلم من الخبراء حول الوظائف المختلفة
معايير القبول:
- العمر 15-19 ، في الصفوف 10 و 11 و 12 أو ما يعادلها (ما قبل الجامعة)
- الشباب الذين يعيشون في منطقة بيروت الكبرى أو شمال لبنان
- الشباب الأقل حظا
- الشباب المستعدين لتحسين مهاراتهم
الالتزام المتوقع:
- (إجمالي 40 ساعة) حوالي 4 ساعات/أسبوع من مقاطع الفيديو حسب الوتيرة
- حوالي 6 تدريبات و نشاطات حضورية
- حضور أكثر من 80٪ من ورشات العمل الحضورية
- حضور أكثر من 80٪ من ورشات العمل الأونلاين عبر الزووم

تقوم مؤسسة ريادة للابتكار الاجتماعي بتنفيذ مشروع BRIDGE بالشراكة مع SHiFT Social Innovation Hub و iPark AUB Talal and Madiha Zein، ضمن إطار “دعم التدريب وتطوير القدرات” ضمن برنامج HOPES-LEB المموّل من الإتحاد الأوروبي، عبر صندوق الإئتماني الإقليمي للإتحاد الأوروبي للاستجابة للأزمة السورية “صندوق مدد” والذي تقوم بتنفيذه الهيئة الألمانيّة للتبادل العلميّ DAAD بالشراكة مع كامبوس فرانس Campus France والهيئة الهولندية للتعاون الدولي في مجال التعليم العالي Nuffic.
