About the event
Join us for this free session to explore collaborative leadership. We’ll think together about how you can create a context that brings out the best in others.
This is not a “training” per se, but a participatory exploratory session. We’ll facilitate a process to uncover the collective intelligence in the room. Together we’ll discuss: what are the skills and mindsets you need to develop to become a collaborative leader? And what old habits do you need to unlearn? And what does leadership even mean in a self-managing organisation?
This 60-minute session is free to attend but spaces are limited to RSVP now to guarantee your place.
Hosted by Richard D. Bartlett. In addition to co-leading The Hum, Rich is also co-founder of tech co-op Loomio, community building network Microsolidarity, and director of the social impact collective Enspiral.
