I believe that we can apply the whole list of strengths at work, because after all, work is our second home and bigger family.
But to follow the assignment, i will mention the 4 that i usually apply at work:
1-persistence: At work, our tasks are usually time taking and requires persistence and patience, some people will give up, but distinct people, whom i call the achievers, are those who wait till the end and get the job done!
2-creativity: I always come up with new ideas to develop your work, solve problems, do things in a new different way.
3-perspective: seeing things from a different perspective, be the customer you want to sell to, be the manager who manages you, be your team mates and see things from their perspective in order for you to get a clearer image of any situation and to make wiser decisions.
4-Teamwork: it is what i love the most, since it gives people the sense of belonging to the work place, it pushes people to achieve more, to stand for each other during the process and to celebrate the good outcomes together.
