I believe i will need more days to apply the ideas i have for my love of learning. However, today is a leap for me, i am spending the day with a person i am currently mentoring! It is our first meeting, we will set goals and plans. It is a learning process for me, to learn how to guide and help another person and watch that person grow!

No one is taking you up on dinner next week are they? What do you think I could do better to improve engagement in the online event?
I believe you did great so far, you were and still so active and you delivered daily videos and assignments.
I believe that asking people for suggestions for the next challenge could get them more engaged. Those who have interest will show up, and will wait every morning to receive their task.
To be proactive, i will set time and date for the dinner, and you announce it of course. Distinct, persistent, and highly effective people, who really took the challenge seriously, will show up!
