3-Month Goal(s)

Our 3-month goal is to grow our subscriber base by 20% month over month (starting in FR and then rest of Europe) and aiming for an NPS score between 20 to 50. It’s also important for us to get feedback so we will get on calls with 20 customers to understand what they didn’t like and what they liked (high NPS and low NPS)
Pascale: Sales and marketing - using mainly social and email to drive traffic to the website and conversions
Joseph: Logistics and delivery - aiming to reduce the number of returned boxes and manage the partners
Marielle: Focus on the products and getting direct feedback from customers

1-Month Goal(s)

By end of Month 1:
• Month 1 - Goal 1: 50 new customers + at least 10 customer interviews with tangible feedback on the product and experience. We plan to send test boxes for May and July to countries like US, Australia, UAE to see how this passes customs.

  • Month 1 - Goal 2: Review the product’s content based on the feedback - contact 5 new suppliers for potential partnerships

By end of Month 2:
• Month 2 - Goal 1: 20 customer interviews completed with tangible data and feedback and potential 2-3 ambassadors (1 per market)
• Month 2 - Goal 2: Exploring new marketing tools: google ads and other remarketing tools
• Month 2 - Goal 3:

One-Week Goal(s)

  • SELL SELL SELL - we are running a FB campaign apart from all the other things like emailing, social media post, FB group post, GROWTH HACKING MODE on

  • Marielle: Customer service and product development +SELL

  • Pascale: Marketing and comms + SELL

  • Joseph: Logistics and delivery + SELL

Celebration(s)

  • Weekly goals: Slack channel: WINS :slight_smile: go there more than what we’re currently doing :slight_smile:
    and 10 min team meeting in the morning: to go through our sales, deliveries and what’s our priorities. GET PUMPED

  • Monthly goals: Stop and think back at the what went well and what didn’t go well. Try testing something new for marketing and sales

  • 3 months goals: team meeting in Paris (currently I’m based in Prague and Joseph in Beirut and Marielle in Paris) to celebrate and focus on the big picture again
