MoM on the Team In Focus session for MyHome

The meeting was extremely helpful !!
What we did was review the plan for the next steps to work on.
The main advices in summary were to start by questioning the problems that MyHome answer, if they are truthful and if there are any additional issues.
Next step would be to continue the study, by seeing how the users would interact with the an actual not coded platform.
Other than that I got a lot of references and examples of people who took the same path ( e-commerce, online platform…) like zappos.com and how they first focused on “delivering happiness” …

The pleasure is all ours and all the hard work and application is all yours. Can’t wait to see how you digest this meeting and turn it into a few actions you can take this week to explore it. The more concrete it is the more like you are you imagine and achieve it. Events with clear behaviors that are on the calendar are much more likely to happen. For example: On Tuesday, call Khalid from high school and ask him how he went about decorating his house when he got married at 2pm VS: Get customer interviews this week.
