So here are my top 5:
1, Humor
2, Modesty / Humility
3, Honesty
4, Forgiveness
5, Gratitude

I would like to highlight “honesty” as my signature strength because it one trait that benefits everyone. It give me personally fulfilment, it serves the company well in terms of business and creates a positive and healthy environment that is all based on objectivity.

It would be interesting for me to develop that further, maybe stress more on that and even try to pass it on to others where eventually everyone would have ownership of the business itself.

Well after looking at my personality traits, I was surprised but interested to work on my neuroticism! :slight_smile:

I had the same result as well! Neuroticism is a tricky one. @Bilal and I discussed it a bit but I would love to continue the discussion. How would you work on your neuroticism?
