Answer the following in the reply box below:
How did things go with your goals from last week?

What are your personal goals for next week?

What are the most important things for your project this coming week?

What could you do to increase your effectiveness by 1% next week?

What is THE most important thing that, if you finish it, you can call the week a success?

How will you celebrate when you succeed?

@elyssa.metissa

This week I had to make sure many people filled the survey for my project, as I need to submit results for Switchmed on Wednesday. I have 90 replies so far, which is not bad.
My goals for this week: Try to be productive and move the process forward for Green Blue. Try to learn more about the other projects in this bootcamp and see how i can contribute.
Setting clear goals helps me increase my effectiveness - I am not very good at that.
If I increase my understanding of how to solve the bottlenecks of my project, then my week would be a success.
I celebrate my success by discussing it with someone I trust, someone who knows what I am trying to do.

ouuuu articulated and well thought out reply.

So you have a milestone this week. 90 responses wooooo :fireworks: how do you plan to celebrate?

Setting your small goal for next week, and visualizing that goal will sure increase your effectiveness in achieving it. This week has been proof that you are effective at reaching your GreenBlue goals.

You’re on a roll.

RE: Submitting survey results. Here’s a tip for analyzing submission responses.

  • Set a success criterion (what cut off point represents validation or invalidation of the question asked).
  • Give quantitative questions a qualitative “weight” for better analysis.

I love that your goals include helping others!! I’m sure many teams could really benefit from your contributions.
