Re-organizing my priorities
Looks good @mahmoud_trabulsi, here’s a short checklist for reorganizing priorities:
List all your tasks
Order the tasks, using the below factors:
Level of urgency
Level of importance
Outcomes
Time to complete
Know where to delegate
Know what to cut
Ordering tasks is a little tricky but you get better with time. I always recommend finding out what absolutely needs to be validated right now or your business will seize to exist. And focusing on that.
For many successful businesses, many times the priority is cash flow. For startups, it’s usually customers/users/growth etc.
Keep in mind, if a task takes 2 minutes or less, do it now. Treat it like a priority or you may forget it.
