We hope everyone is having a great week, and getting ready to cast your vote this weekend! While we believe that entrepreneurship and social impact entrepreneurship are great ways to contribute positively to our society and world, we also think that active citizenship is also important. If you are eligible to vote in Lebanon, we hope you go out and vote for the people who you think will help lead this country in the direction that you want it to go.

NOW, onwards with the session, and continuing where we left off with developing clear team goals to make sure everyone is aligned, and priorities are clear.
Please check out this short video from Bilal:
So what are some concrete goals you can set out for your team? How can you leverage your team strengths to achieve them? And how would you like to celebrate, once their achieved?
Ok, so that’s all for this session. Below are some sample titles that you can use to lay out your goals, tasks, and celebrations, but feel free to adapt to your own style and needs as well. (Remember, you can create “headers” in your text by adding the hashes (#) at the beginning of a line. More writing/post tips here.)
Cheers!
Your Fearless Cohort Leaders,
@Dana, @Bilal, and @DMN

Here’s an example of 3-Month Goals, 1-Month Goals, Tasks, and Celebrations framework. Feel free to copy and paste these main categories and adapt to your own needs!
3-Month Goal(s)
What major goal do you want to accomplish in the coming 3 months? It’s usually best to have a unified 3-Month Goal for the team, and it’s great to have sub-goals for each person on the team.
1-Month Goal(s)
The 1-month goals should be milestones along the path to the 3-month goal. How do you measure progress towards your 3-month goal?
One-Week Goal(s)
What do you need to do THIS WEEK to make sure you’re on track for the 1-month goal, and the 3-month goal? Making things quantifiable helps a lot, and helps make things more clear within the team, and with the mentors and advisors.
Tasks
What needs to happen to hit your 1-Week Goals? Does each person on the team have clear tasks that are aligned with the Goals?
Celebration(s)
Celebrate small victories! In fact, all big victories are made up of lots of small victories along the way, and celebrating the small victories helps give us motivation and stamina for the long journey, making the BIG VICTORIES all the more likely.

And there you have it! A roadmap to success, that shows you signs along the way that you’re on the right track, or you need to make some corrections.
If you want, here’s a nice article we found about setting goals and milestones.
You can see a more complete goals example here. … but we’re excited to see the framework that you come up with, that will be most helpful to you and your team.
INSIDER TIP FROM BILAL: One of my top five strengths is Love of Learning. I will bring this into my work by being very curious to learn as much as I can about the needs of the teams and to find useful content and support for them.
Sincerely,
Your Cohort Leaders @DMN, @Dana, and of course @Bilal
