Hello everyone!

Here are my top 5 VIA strengths:
  1. Creativity
  2. Honesty
  3. Humor
  4. Kindness
  5. Leadership

I would like to focus on increasing my appreciation of beauty and excellence. I do appreciate the beauty and excellence of other people's contribution along the years especially in probability,mathematics, finance, and computer science. However, I feel that I do not value my work enough. I love to submit perfect work all time. However, this is not always possible. When forced to submit such work I tend to be very harsh on myself even if the issue was due to external factors. My proposed solution would be to take lessons from the assignment that I summarized which stresses on decision process and not the outcome. Additional feedback is welcome.
