@joumanaboufakhreddin We’re starting with the banking industry and spreading to all medium to big corporation who could need the support of our system in handling the preventive change and crisis management that would usually need a huge amount of time to be analyzed and implemented, otherwise.
The system is based of paid subscriptions and the customized and specific trainings and coaching interventions we provide will be remunerated separately.
As for the added value, as mentioned in the pitch and above, it’s a highly user friendly system that deals with complex data that could even be complicated to handle and subject to human error, especially when it comes to the evolution of human values and understanding the real motivator behind employees behaviors (You can research Clare Graves’ Emergent Cyclic Levels of Existence Theory, Don Beck’s Spiral Dynamics and Ken Wilber’ Integral Theory to know more about the models we are handling through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning)
