his topic is especially important as effective governance is at the core of successful organizations, not the least during the challenging times that these entities have been going through in Lebanon. Successful organizations need a solid governance structure to address their main challenges in terms of accessing new capital, new talents and new markets.
The program will answer the following questions:

The program targets senior-level staff and board members of profit and non-profit organizations. The format will include proven frameworks and real-life case-studies from successful organizations with best-in-class governance practices, in addition to several interventions from experts, CEOs and board members of major corporates, scaleups and NGOs in Lebanon and the MENA region.
The executive program will be delivered over 2 half days on April 24th and 25th from 16:00 to 19:30 at USJ - Social Sciences Campus, Huvelin Street, Monot. Participants will receive a certificate of completion issued jointly by USJ’s FGM and CSTouch Advisors.
