The Global Good Fund Fellowship is a 12-month hybrid leadership program for social entrepreneurs around the world. We accelerate leaders who relentlessly tackle the most pressing social issues to create a more sustainable and just future for all. Each leader receives professional executive coaching, c-suite business mentorship, $10,000 to spend exclusively on their leadership development, customized tools, resources, training and networking opportunities to scale their social impact.
The Global Good Fund Fellowship is designed for innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders of both for-profit and non-profit social impact organizations. This program targets emerging leaders and entrepreneurs from diverse ethnic, religious, economic, geographic, and gender backgrounds. Ideal candidates are deeply committed to self-discovery and development, and must hold a full-time leadership position at a social enterprise that has been operational for ideally two to five years.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The enterprise must have been in operation for a minimum of two years.
- The enterprise must employ at least two full-time, paid employees.
- The candidate must be a primary decision-maker (e.g., C-Suite, Co-Founder, Executive Director).
- The candidate must be fully committed to running the enterprise.
- The enterprise must be mission-driven, aiming for societal impact beyond profit.
